Alpha v0.3.5 Released


Fleshing out the game a little bit before I take a pause from regular updates to work on 0.4. 

It'll be an interesting challenge balancing everything since all the pieces of the game interact -- for example, I've made a bunch of enemies gain Block to increase the value of block-stealing and block-breaking cards. 

I'll try to have Mac and Linux builds up soon too!

Bug Fixes

- Fixed title appearance sound not playing on startup.
- Memories added in v0.3.4 can now be created in the Cauldron:
  - Incense Sticks
  - Red Chariot
  - Elixir
  - Contrition
  - Guarded Approach
- Heavy Anvil's Cauldron item now has an icon as intended.

Gameplay

- Added the Fear status effect, which reduces Block gained.
- Added the Hesitation status effect, which reduces Gambits drawn.
- Adjusted Earth room generation.

Quality of Life

- Made hover-over text for certain status effects use consistent wording.

Enemies

- Universal: Nightmare now inflicts Fear.
- Fire: Added Ardor.
  - Eternal Pyre now gains Block, but has less HP.
- Water: Added Cascade.
  - Spider Kraken now inflicts Hesitation.
  - Mirrorscale now gains Block, but has less HP.
- Wood: Added Pedant.
  - Pulp Smasher now gains Block, but has less HP.
- Metal: Added Ingot.
- Earth: Added Geode.
  - Clay Devourer now inflicts Fear.
  - Gate Guard now gains Block, but has less HP.

Cards

- Butterfly: Added Word of Honor, which rushes to your ally's side and grants both party members Block.
  - Reservoir now gives Form instead of Grit.
  - Pressure and Balance now give 3 Focus/Grit instead of 4.
- Seagull: Added Anamnesis, which gives a single-use version of a random Seagull gambit that you may not already have.
  - Bolt and Blast have new artwork.
  - Watchful Eye now grants Hesitation instead of adding a copy of Stress. It also no longer scales, but starts off stronger.
  - Mend now costs 1 AP rather than 0, but removes 2 stacks of all debuffs rather than 1.
  - Instability and Indomitability now apply 10 Vulnerable/Buffer rather than 30.
- Cricket: Added Fault Line, which applies Vulnerable in a chain.
  - Steal has new artwork.
  - Scouting now draws and grants Hesitation instead of exhausting. It also no longer inflicts Vulnerable.
- Crow: Added Mind Fracture, which applies Fray and Weakened based on distance to your target.
  - Divination has new artwork.
  - Autumn now gives Block and Form instead of Vigor and Flow.
  - Accelerate now grants Hesitation.
  - Augury now grants Hesitation.

Items

- Card potency items can no longer be used on cards that aren't affected by potency.

Memories

- Added Gratitude, which grants Focus to allies who play cards on you.
- Added Resilience, which grants 3 Grit for every 3 attacks you take.
- Added Black Chariot, which heals you for every 10 attacks you play.
- Added Metronome, which alternates between giving you Vigor/Dazed and Stunned/Flow.
